First time here at this location and the experience was phenomenal. I believe there was an old location, if I'm not mistaken, that was also located in Cupertino. The former location gave more of a laidback, old-school diner atmosphere, compared to this one, where it's a more modern, upscale kind of feel. Along with the addition of a bar as well. It's super spacious inside which I love. My boyfriend and I came around on a Monday evening and it was super dead. I'm a breakfast any time of the day kind of person so I got the Combination special which comes with 2 eggs, hashbrowns, your choice of sausage or bacon, and your choice of pancakes or toast. Everything was cooked just right! I love pancakes and these were so fluffy and perfectly thick. Super huge portions! My boyfriend got their cheeseburger special cause it comes with a milkshake as well. He enjoyed his burger and said their fries were also good. Overall, a solid diner/restaurant to come try out and I personally love how they serve breakfast all day.

Solid service. First time coming here after they changed location. 4/5 Clam chowder. Could taste the cream and the celery (not too strong just how I assume if it's prepacked or not). It could be, but the flavors are a solid, creamy, rich chowder. It's not the best but not a cheap Diner quality. 3.5/5 Belgian waffle depends. It was super airy and a mild crunch mostly on outer round edges. Very airy and soft. It was not dense. 4/5 Prime rib Friday night dinner. Simply solid dinner. I got the wellness I asked for. The baked potato was perfectly cooked but you could tell they likely had it sitting around as it wasn't hot. The steamed vegetables were good. Oddly the carrots were soft to chew but not the base of the broccoli florets. 5/5 Orange juice pulpy. Very pulpy but I didn't ask I assumed it would be strained. I really liked it as is. But some folks don't like pulp orange juice. I don't know if you ask if they could strain it? Clean restroom. Clean everywhere. I mean I know holders just moved here, but the utensils are clean. No specs of old food. Real little plants on tables. Not fake plastic. Syrup dispencer were clean and not sticky. Glad management keeps the good reputation going.

A big group of us just recently had a brunch / lunch at Holder's County Inn, and really enjoyed! The place was huge, loads of seating, and just a comfortable atmosphere. There was a lot of space to unwind, watch sports, and enjoy a good meal with friends! The portions too, were enormous. We joked that not only did we get that huge omelet which was pictured, but it also came with a stack high of pancakes! We really enjoyed the meal, the service, and the overall experience, do recommend!

I visited this spot on a Saturday midmorning for brunch. I can sum it up in 2 words: STAPLES and EFFICIENCY Staples because they are able to provide exactly what I think of when I think of a classic brunch. Their menu has all your favorite egg dishes (Benedicts, scrambles, omelettes, egg plates, sandwiches, burgers, pancakes, etc. They have a pretty good space with ample parking behind the restaurant and indoor and outdoor seating options. I got the plate of chicken apple sausage, hash browns, eggs, and the option of Swedish pancakes on the side (instead of toast). All was well prepared and I liked how the hash browns balanced the line between crispy and not burnt. The Swedish pancakes were delightfully eggy and the lingonberry whipped butter was an enjoyable addition. Efficiency - The service team is fast on their feet. They took our order and brought out our food in a matter of minutes. However, I did feel a little rushed. I had only just started working on my hashbrowns when the server delivered the check. They cleared the dishes really quickly, and I felt a bit rushed to leave soon, even though there didn't seem to be people waiting for small tables and there were many available two-person tables. I guess this is a double-edged sword -- I appreciate prompt service, but it did distract from the chill brunch vibe I was hoping for. Other pluses - the high ceilings, natural light, the nice (faux) plant wall. This place is solid for an extensive menu and a pretty nice ambiance.
